Daisy Our stunning 3 year old Greyhound girl is now ready to find a home to call her own.

 

Daisy bless her is a very timid and shy girl and really does take her time to get to know you before warming up.

 

She will need a gentle, patient and quieter home.

 

Daisy has not long retired from racing but does not have a huge prey drive.

 

That said she is not small furry or cat safe and we feel any children in the home would need to be respectful and 10 years plus. She would not like lots of noise or chaos.

 

Daisy would be best placed into a home that already had a confident calm male Greyhound in.

 

We feel should she be placed as an only dog she may struggle to ever push past her lack of confidence. She does love the male Greyhounds though and they help to give her a huge confidence.

 

She could live in a mixed hound pack also if the other females in the home were non pushy but we would not rehome her one on one with just another female.

 

Out on walks Daisy walks beautifully in the main, she needs an owner that is capable of handling her though as if startled she may try to make a bolt. Daisy also travels well.

 

Although Daisy is here with us in kennels she works hard to keep her area clean so we do not envisage housetraining being an issue.

 

Daisy is located in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and anyone wishing to offer her a home would need to be willing to travel to meet her with all immediate members of the family and any current resident dogs.

 

Daisy is vaccinated, kc vaccinated, de flead, de wormed, microchipped, spayed and has received a dental.
